A co-worker had recommended that I visit with LTS Homes since some of his friends had a home built with them a few years earlier. Now a few years later, they are still very happy with the quality of their home. Louie and Rita, along with the whole LTS team, were absolutely amazing. They took the time to explain everything to us and answer any and all questions we needed answers to. This assured us that there would be no surprises down the road while the home was being built. There were none. We honestly had a great experience and I can't express enough of how much that meant to us. I would like to thank everyone who worked hard to make all this happen for me and my family. I am a first time homebuyer and now I am a proud owner of a beautiful LTS home. I would highly recommend LTS Homes to anyone and everyone. I not only have a new beautiful home...I have also gained new friends.
