When we came to LTS Homes, we only had one set idea in mind and that was to have a house. The details and specifications were just a dream, but we knew we wanted a house. With the help of Rita and Louie, we were able to come out with not just a house, but a home. Louie was very polite and friendly answering all of our "first homebuyers" questions with full explanations to our understanding. They provided us with all our options and allowed us to choose as we please - suggesting to us what's best and what's not. Rita was on point with the figures and reassured us that what we were paying for was what we were going to get - no ifs, ands, or buts. At the end of it all, we'd recommend LTS over any other builder we've spoken to. They are truly the most caring set of people who has your best interest at heart.
