LTS Homes recently finished building our home. The whole building process was a very pleasant journey every step of the way. We had taken an existing floor plan from LTS and drastically changed it from a 4-bedroom to a 3-bedroom for a much more spacious kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets. We visited the building site once every few weeks and could see that the workmanship was impeccable. There have even been multiple neighbors who told us that they watched each layer of the house being built, and very good material had been used. The material (thickness of outer wall, house wrap, insulation, etc.) that LTS uses is of higher quality; therefore, there was little need for us to upgrade on things other than personal preferences on the interior/exterior aesthetics. Rita, Linda, and Keith, who shepherded us through the 10-month process, were knowledgable, responsive, patient, transparent, and professional. We lived for the weekly status reports from LTS. The house was completed on time and is just PERFECT. Every day, we walk around the house in awe of all the details. There were a couple of very minor things that needed adjustments after we moved in; Keith took care to have people fix them within the week. Oh, and I must mention that the house was so clean when we moved in - not even dust in any of the cabinets. If I were to build another home in the area, I would certainly work with LTS again.
