Big shout out to the team at LTS. Their ad says exceeding expectations and there is truth to that. What a wonderful experience. We are about to close on our home soon, and the house is BEAUTIFUL! They are professional, upfront, honest, helpful, knowledgable, and patient. They guide you from beginning to end, provide, if you so choose, many options to help expedite the process, such as lenders, permits, etc. We consider them extended family. I'd recommend them to anyone.
