My experience with LTS was a great one. In the beginning, my wife and I were a bit apprehensive -  as would anyone making a lifetime purchase. But in the end, the home turned out to be all we could have ever wanted and asked for. Our sales agent, Joe, was great from beginning to end - keeping us informed and sending pictures. Rita was also an asset during this process - great help with the interior design. Both were accessible at all times. The end result is that we LOVE OUR NEW HOUSE! We will create great memories in our new home.
