It all began with a simple, yet inclusive, conversation with Joe, who meticulously explained what our options were, what was required, and how to proceed. Thereafter meeting with Rita who patiently showed us the intricate layout of cabinetry, appliances, floor plans, etc., working within our budget. Followed up with Rick, our builder, who didn't think of it as robbery of his time to educate, show, and just be accessible to answer any questions we had.
