When my husband and I first entered LTS Homes, a year ago, I first met Rita and Louie. I walked into the office very discouraged because I thought that my husband and I could never accomplish buying a home. We both work for the city with two great careers, but have nothing to show for it. Rita and Louie spoke to us and encouraged us that we could accomplish this journey of getting a brand new home with LTS. When we went back to look at land, Joe was so patient with us and showed us around until we found the perfect land. Soon after that, everything started moving smoothly, and this journey became reality as Rita and the staff predicted. My husband and I area grateful for LTS not only because the staff are caring and helpful, but they always answered any questions we had. They would recommend that we go up to the land while the construction was going on. We were able to meet with Rick, who is the construction foreman, and he was always available to meet with us anytime we requested. Rick is a cool guy and answered any questions we had patiently and even suggested things for us. We were able to see the house being built from the root and everyone in LTS was always available to us. We are very pleased with LTS, our home is beautiful and we are so happy with the outcome. The staff at LTS are always helpful, available for any questions, and most importantly, they care about your concerns. I would recommend LTS to anyone as I already have done. If you want a family-oriented builder that can make you feel as if you are part of the LTS family, then LTS is the right builder for you.
