When you refer someone to LTS Homes and they buy a new home, you earn cash. Every referral that becomes a homeowner with us earns you a generous reward. Start with $1,200 for your first referral, increase to $1,500 for your second, and $2,000 for your third and all additional referrals - as long as contracts are signed within the same calendar year. Rewards are paid when the home's title transfers.

Full Terms & Conditions

Referrals must be new LTS Homes customers who have no previously been in contact with LTS homes or any of its representatives.
The referral must be submitted prior to the referred party's first meeting with LTS homes.
Referral rewards are paid once the home sale is complete and the title has transferred.
Referral rewards apply only to signed contracts within the same calendar year to quality for the tiered reward amounts.
The referral reward is issued to the individual who submitted the referral, not the buyer.
LTS Homes employees, real estate professionals, and their immediate family members are not eligible for the referral program.
LTS Homes reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time without prior notice.
