After an extensive interview of five builders, LTS stood above the rest from Day 0 (get to know each other phase) until present day (1 month living in our new home). Day zero included a walkthrough on our land where LTS was the only builder to advise and ensure a full-size walkout basement with no water issues is possible. The next phase was as promising...picking a house design. After hearing the wish list for our new home and scanning several models, the "Woodland" was recommended to us. The "Woodland" was love at first sight! Next step was adding personal touches to the design, then it was full steam ahead. After an eight month build, we are now living in our "Heaven on Earth" for one month as very happy, blessed, and thankful homeowners.

We recently had LTS Homes build our second home, and they have exceeded our expectations! Their quality and service significantly surpassed our previous experience with another builder, which is why we were hesitant about building again, but after doing extensive research and talking to the team, it was clear to us that LTS was the best choice. The professionalism and dedication of their entire, from our first visit with our sales rep, Joe, to picking our colors and cabinetry with Rita, their architects, site supervisors, Peter and Rick, all proved to us that LTS was the best decision. We couldn't be any happier and truly blessed to call our new house...HOME! 

LTS has built a beautiful Custom Chalet for us in the Poconos (Oct. 2023). It took 10-11 months from permit application to delivery. From the contract signing to customizing floor plans, spec selection, all the way to closing were a fantastic experience for us. Sales & Marketing team along with the supervisor at site, and office staff were very gracious and always available to answer any questions we had during the whole time. I highly recommend LTS. 

When my husband and I first entered LTS Homes, a year ago, I first met Rita and Louie. I walked into the office very discouraged because I thought that my husband and I could never accomplish buying a home. We both work for the city with two great careers, but have nothing to show for it. Rita and Louie spoke to us and encouraged us that we could accomplish this journey of getting a brand new home with LTS. When we went back to look at land, Joe was so patient with us and showed us around until we found the perfect land. Soon after that, everything started moving smoothly, and this journey became reality as Rita and the staff predicted. My husband and I area grateful for LTS not only because the staff are caring and helpful, but they always answered any questions we had. They would recommend that we go up to the land while the construction was going on. We were able to meet with Rick, who is the construction foreman, and he was always available to meet with us anytime we requested. Rick is a cool guy and answered any questions we had patiently and even suggested things for us. We were able to see the house being built from the root and everyone in LTS was always available to us. We are very pleased with LTS, our home is beautiful and we are so happy with the outcome. The staff at LTS are always helpful, available for any questions, and most importantly, they care about your concerns. I would recommend LTS to anyone as I already have done. If you want a family-oriented builder that can make you feel as if you are part of the LTS family, then LTS is the right builder for you. 

LTS Homes recently finished building our home. The whole building process was a very pleasant journey every step of the way. We had taken an existing floor plan from LTS and drastically changed it from a 4-bedroom to a 3-bedroom for a much more spacious kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and closets. We visited the building site once every few weeks and could see that the workmanship was impeccable. There have even been multiple neighbors who told us that they watched each layer of the house being built, and very good material had been used. The material (thickness of outer wall, house wrap, insulation, etc.) that LTS uses is of higher quality; therefore, there was little need for us to upgrade on things other than personal preferences on the interior/exterior aesthetics. Rita, Linda, and Keith, who shepherded us through the 10-month process, were knowledgable, responsive, patient, transparent, and professional. We lived for the weekly status reports from LTS. The house was completed on time and is just PERFECT. Every day, we walk around the house in awe of all the details. There were a couple of very minor things that needed adjustments after we moved in; Keith took care to have people fix them within the week. Oh, and I must mention that the house was so clean when we moved in - not even dust in any of the cabinets. If I were to build another home in the area, I would certainly work with LTS again. 

I have been in my LTS home coming up on a year this April. I am very pleased with my home. It is very well insulated which this winter has been testing. While I ran into a few issues in the beginning, Rick and Rita were quick to respond and resolve. Rick was phenomenal throughout the process, responded to a myriad of questions, and put me at ease when I was most frustrated. Joe was awesome as well and gave really good suggestions about things to consider for upgrades. I would definitely recommend them.

We chose LTS because of their high reputation for quality. We were impressed by the ongoing communication we had with Lou and Rita. They were always available to help with making decisions and to answer all questions and concerns no matter how large or small they were. Lou always updated us and guided us through the steps of the construction process, from the design of our home to the land purchase and development. Rita helped us choose the correct color combinations for the interior and exterior of our home. She also made logical suggestions to enhance and improve the interior floor plan. The entire process was very impressive. My brother and I are very happy with our home. It far exceeds what we expected. 

My journey with LTS came from a sign on I80. My husband and I were interested in a house, but we were tired of seeing the ones for sale. There was always an issue, something to fix, etc., so we had given up for some time until I saw the LTS sign and I asked my husband if maybe we should consider building. I called and made an appointment with them just to see, and that was the best decision we made. We love our house and cannot wait to enjoy it for the years to come. THANK YOU LTS.

LTS helped us through building our first home from start to finish. After viewing the billboard, the display of the homes was very attractive, fashionable, and accommodating. When we accidentally stumbled into the office, the customer service was encouraging, welcoming, and the staff seemed knowledgable. A co-worker had recommended that I visit with LTS Homes since some of his friends had a home built with them a few years earlier. My experience with LTS was a great one. In the beginning, my wife and I were a bit apprehensive -  as would anyone making a lifetime purchase. Louie was wonderful in helping us pick out the perfect home and location. We asked to find a location that was near our timeshare. He found us the perfect land that is only minutes away from the timeshare. He kept us informed by sending pictures of the progress of the house. On a long spring drive to the Poconos to look at homes, we see a road sign - "Welcome Home". We come to a place of possibilities. Joe took us around to view projects in progress and it seemed exciting. Fast forward a year later - nothing is more exciting than ownership of a newly constructed LTS home! A new life, a new journey with new friends...priceless! 

The idea to move out to Pennsylvania was first brought up by my husband. He made a proposition thtat we could vacation there for a weekend and when better to do so then on my birthday. From the moment we entered Pennsylvania, I fell in love with the high top mountains and natural scenery. After spending my birthday there, I knew my mind was made up. The next weekend we came back and looked up potential companies to get some more insight on buying a home. Sifting through the newspaper, we found LTS Homes and gave them a call. The first person we spoke with was Joe and has an appointment set to meet with him the same day. At the appointment, we met Rita and started to discuss our options. Our original plan was to look around for about 2 years so we made no mistake in picking our dream home. However, Joe and Rita had something different in mind. They suggested that we should build our home on a plot of land and stated that it was better to get a home now because of the unstable economy. One of our concerns was if we were financially prepared for this sudden move, but Joe and Rita had an answer for that too. They taught us how to manage our financial issues and get rid of our debt easy and fast. After clearing up all other concerns, we were given a tour of some recently built LTS homes and some that were still under construction. After viewing many houses, we fell for the Hartford home and Joe showed us some land that we can start building our house on. The house started being built in March and by August it was finished. Between that time, my husband and I cleared all of our debt and were preparing to finalize with the bank. After two more months of having and signing the right documents, we were able to move into our new home. I have to say that my experience with LTS Homes has been most enjoyable and satisfactory. Any input, changes, or questions we had for the house was accommodated by Joe and Rita with adequate sufficiency. They made the process smooth and stress-free. I have no complaints and would gladly recommend LTS Homes to anyone I know looking to own a home in Pennsylvania.
